A bottle of “Vin du Jura” from your birth year

A selection of Old vintage wine “Côtes du Jura” red, white, “Vin jaune”,  “Château Chalon” or “Vin de Paille”. Since 1865!

Our partner, Ltd “Caves Jean Bourdy d’Arlay” (39) have seen dozen of generations cultivate grapevine and produce “Vins du Jura”.  Thus, little by little, the idea of conserving those bottles came, mainly because passion and experience have shown that our “Vins du Jura” are among the greatest wines to keep.

Indeed, it stays fresh, alive, and complex and is wonderful to drink up to 80 years for “Red Côtes du Jura”, more than 120 years for “White Côtes du Jura”, and more than 200 years for “Vins Jaune and Vins de Paille”.

Ltd “Caves Jean Bourdy d’Arlay” ‘s fame regarding old vintage wine has been known for years, and we can notice that demand is becoming very important. Thus, to get customers’ satisfaction to be always higher, grand fathers and grand mothers have imparted their old bottles quality control method.

A bottle of “Galant des Abbesses”…! 1579 recipe

“For those aperitif or dessert wines, also called “Vin Galant”, “Galante liqueur”, we have chosen the name “Galant des Abbesses” in the memory of  this story and in a wink to the extraordinary and powerful flavours of this nectar”.
