Our partner, Ltd Caves Jean Bourdy dArlay (39) have seen dozen of generations cultivate grapevine and produce Vins du Jura. Thus, little by little, the idea of conserving those bottles came, mainly because passion and experience have shown that our Vins du Jura are among the greatest wines to keep.
Indeed, it stays fresh, alive, and complex and is wonderful to drink up to 80 years for Red Côtes du Jura, more than 120 years for White Côtes du Jura, and more than 200 years for Vins Jaune and Vins de Paille.

Notre partenaire, la SARL Caves Jean Bourdy d'ARLAY (39) a vu se succéder douze générations pour cultiver la vigne et produire des vins du Jura. Cest ainsi que petit à petit leur est venu lidée de conserver des bouteilles, car la passion et lexpérience ont montré que nos vins du Jura font partis des plus grands vins de garde.
En effet, ils restent frais, vifs, vivants, complexes et superbes à boire jusquà 80 ans pour des Côtes du Jura Rouge, plus de 120 ans pour des Côtes du Jura Blanc et plus de 200 ans pour des Vins Jaunes et des Vins de Paille.
La notoriété de la SARL Caves Jean Bourdy à propos des vieux millésimes date de longtemps, on peut constater que les demandes sont maintenant très importantes. Ainsi, pour la satisfaction toujours plus grande des clients, les pères et grands-pères ont transmis leur vieille méthode de contrôle de la qualité des bouteilles et la remise à niveau lors du changement de bouchon.

KITE-TEK était de sortie le week end dernier et en a profité pour faire essayer son matos. Fred, Jean-Charles, Damien et les autres (tous amateurs de kite et de sport en général) ont pu se rendre compte des plaisirs du vent. Cette fois-ci c'était le Haut Doubs (avec ses magnifiques vaches :)) qui nous avait accueilli et nous avait offert de très belles conditions météorologiques.
